I received in the mail today a 2016, - from this company. On the - they fraudulently identified this debt on Line - as " - '' when it should have been listed as " - '' for Bankruptcy. This company is very aware of my Chapter - bankruptcy discharged in - 2016. They have received multiple correspondence of this bankruptcy since - 2016. They intent is to deceive the IRS in order to write off this discharged debt that they know is not taxable by federal law. In addition, they have fraudulently notated this debt to the IRS so I can be held liable for this debt.
