Citibank Credit card department,
Citibank. I had a dispute and was fearfully of card number being compromised. Citibank sent me a new card. On my end I did pay the card balance in full, as I 've done in all the 15 years I 've had the card. I made my payment 1 day late, payment in full. They charged me - on my account.. I tried contacting Citibank but they refused to reverse the charge. I close the account and paid their penalty. I paid Citibank in full for all my charges and felt that a one day late payment in full should have a not be penalized. I work for a family run lumber yard and if we treated our customers such as above, they would n't come back to our yard. They did n't reverse the charges, therefore I am contacting you to see if the right thing could be done and credit me the charge. Your consideration is much appreciated.
