Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Alabama

RE : ACCESS TO MY TRANSUNION CREDIT REPORT. Last night I DOWNLOADED A COPY ( OR SO i THOUGHT ) FOR MY PERSONAL FILES AND TO PRINT LATER. WHEN I GOT READY TO PRINT THE CREDIT REPORT, I RECEIVED AN ERROR STATING INVALID FILE STRUCTURE. please see attached pdf for detailed screenshots. i am unable to go back to transunion or - and download another copy. I understand the policy is you get the - chance to download the file and it is stated to print of download a copy for - 's files because of not being able to go go back and access at a later time. BUT I did download my report and as you can see in the attachment it appears I legitimately have my transunion credit report downloaded as a PDF - i.e no error messages are present NOR did I receive error messages while downloading. SO i exited transunion to go to next credit report. I would like to be able to get a copy of my report and do not feel I should have to pay. please feel free to contact me at : -- or cell phone -
