The following account debt was dismissed by the courts with documentation, but Collection Company is still aggressively attacking credit bureaus with constant adverse credit report scouring. This account was a joint account with my - year old mother who had perfect credit, but now it`s ruin because they constantly report this collection to the credit bureaus in a very negative way.
