Citibank Credit card department,
Gradually increased minimum payment above my externally preset ( personal checking ) auto-pay amount. Made no attempt to inform me that I was past due other than emailing me to tell me my statement was ready to view. No collection attempts were made, no phone calls, no emails, no letters via post office.
