After reviewing my recent credit card statements, I found out that Citibank has charged me 25.49 % interest rate on the credit card I have with Sears. As I know Citibank corporate office located in the state of SD and maximum interest rate allowed in that state is 15 %. I imagine how many people were charged without knowing it 's illegal.
