After 6 months of billing with the Best Buy Citi Bank -, I noticed the " EHN DEBT PROT '' charge on my statement. I was charged $150.00 in 2016, and - this past month ( See Attachments ). This is deceptive marketing/enrollment purely engineered to hurt those that set up auto payments to pay off promotional balances based off total charge divided by the term of the promotion. I now have to increase my payment. I WANT A REFUND! I 'm disappointing in Best Buy for allowing this, I did see there has been a previous lawsuit and settlement. Clearly this behavior is still going on!
