Citibank Credit card department,
Citi stopped sending statements in - 2016. The representative told me they were trying to fix an issue where some people were getting duplicate emails but they accidentally shut off all email statement notifications. I received neither paper nor email statements from - 2016 until I realized now that I have been accumulating late fees and interest. They are refusing to waive the late fees and interest ( have made two attempts so far ), despite admitting it was their mistake. 9 year customer/ never missed a payment or carried balance before this.
