Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Georgia

TransUnion : I filed a dispute with them against - -. : Account # - - - - ( - - ). I had insurance with - -. I called - to have my payment date changed. And - agreed and then charged me double on my next payment date. I canceled my insurance due to this with - -. I paid what I owed with a balance. And they still chose to over charge me. They can not show one ounce of proof that I owed anything, and they have put an item on my credit. Which I disputed and TransUnion still will not remove the item off my credit. Or show proof that the item was mine. I want this item removed immediately. -, GA - -/-/-
