Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine California

I had collections that I paid with this debt collector. They then said that I was responsible for my husbands accounts with the. I told them no because they were not mine. They reported to the credit bureau that they were mine and that I had created the debts. I called the credit bureau and asked and they said absolutely not, they ca n't do that. I disputed the debt twice and the agency is still reporting that the debt is mine. The accounts # and dates for this is the same as the collections on my husbands. They were not joint accounts and we both do n't go to the emergency room on the same dates. The credit reporting agency still keeps saying I have to pay it and keeps reporting this as bad credit.
