I received letters from Citi that - of my credit lines were getting decreased because of my credit score. My credit report showed - derogatory tradelines and they were removed with apologies. I contacted Citi and asked them to increase my limits again and they have refused to do so since the balances on their credit lines is high due to the decrease. I have asked if I could send them the documentation but they are not interested in helping me at all.
