Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute New Jersey

I requested verification of collections/ negative accounts on my credit report and only received what looks like a printed statement. They did not properly validate the collections/negative accounts on my credit report. I requested removal if the accounts that could not be validated. They remain on my credit report.
