Citibank Credit card department,
I received a bill -/-/2017 from Citi Bank ATT Universal Card. I noted a late fee of $24.00 on my statement. I never pay a bill late, and this is reflected on my credit reports. I asked what the charges of $23.00 were for, and the charges from - - and - - - are correct. I paid $23.00 online through my - account. I always pay online the day I get a bill. I called customer service, and the agent could not help. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I spoke to - - in - at approximately - -/-/- in attempt to correct the error. I did not get the bill for $23.00, and Citi Bank has tarnished my credit report while collecting $24.00, which I paid today after a resolution could not be reached. I paid it because of my credit score - not because I owe it. My credit card number is - - - -. I have also written a letter to Citi at -. - - in - -, - -. I suspect fraud and want to report it and want a refund in the amount of $24.00 for the so-called " late fee. '' I have no incidents like this with any company, and my credit report goes back decades. Please help, as I 've lost $24.00 that I do n't owe but paid due to my credit report.
