A company that poses as a collection company calling me that I owe them money using information of my address -/-/2007? and a bank that I used in that year BANK OF THE WEST. They claimed that I had a credit card from that bank and owed money from that bank?? I never did because I just got out of chapter - in that year I had not lived there since then? They can not provide any other information but keeps changing their collection agency phone number and they are always - PEOPLE? last phone number used -
