my name at the time of this occurance was - - - and on - - 2012 I typed up and hand delivered a notice to vacate my apartment before the lease term was up and listed the reasons why in this letter, and gave it to the Manager of the -, chapel - failed to provide a safe environment for my children and I so I gave them 30 days written notice and moved my children and myself outta that apartment complex, people in the stairwells doing and selling drugs offering them to my children when they come home, gunshots all the time I recall calling the police several times, unruly children and the list goes on and on ... the manager ignored all reports by doing nothing to prevent these things from happening. She did n't even live on the premises ... - did not abide by the lease terms of providing a safe environment for tenants and they should not be coming after me for the remaining lease and ruining my credit, I had no choice but to move for the safety of my family!
