The Post Office returned my mortgage payment with a certified letter, stating on the envelope returned to sender, no mail receptacle, unable to forward. I called Select Portfolio Servicing, as soon as I received the returned certified letter, but the office was closed. I waited until Monday, next business day ( -/-/2017 ), and I made the payment by phone. I 'm checking today -/-/2017, and the payment had not been submitted to the bank. As far as I 'm concerned they are trying to defraud me. I 'm never late with the payment.
