CCC sent me a letter dated -/-/2016, but received on -/-/- about an alleged debt. I immediately sent a DV letter on -/-/- requestion validation for this alleged debt. The company failed to respond to my debt validation letter, but proceeded to place one of the accounts on my credit report in early -. Once I realized this, I sent a second letter stating that this item should be removed from credit file until I receive the validation I requested. This letter, too, went ignored. As of today, -/-/-, this item is still on my credit report and the credit bureaus have told me that they can not remove it because they do not handle non validations. Besides, failing to validate the alleged company ... it shows that the company had the alleged debt since - and waited until -, nearly two months later to contact me.
