I was charged multiple cash advance fees given a peculiar situation in while traveling in - I had to withdraw money from ATM using the Discover card but the - government banned all ATM and only allowed for a person to take out only - which equals roughly around $30.00 dollars. Given the circumstances I made multiple ATM withdrawals on the same day to have the ability to survive. Discover charged me $5.00 per every $30.00 I was only allow to withdraw and refuse to waive the multiple fees since it was an unavoidable issue. Total of $75.00 in fees.
