Incorrect information on credit report Personal information Virginia

I have already received my credit report from Trans Union. I disputed - incorrect addresses showing on my Trans Union report. They removed - but not the other. I filled out a form and mailed to them to remove the - address *that i had already requested* no response, no correction. I am now trying to view online and start a dispute, AGAIN, over the SAME 1st request. Now Trans Union says credit reports are not available at this time. This credit agency is a farce.
