I had phone service with - years and years ago. I worked at a company that I did not get service with for the whole time I was there. I wrote to them and advised them that they were not filling their part of the agreement/contract and if I could not get service at my job. I had - other accounts in which I tried to utilize at the job and to my avail they did not have signal either. At that time my contract with - became null and void. I advised that I could have a family emergency or anything that could transpire while I was away from my family and could not be contacted on any of the phones I tried there at the office. - agreed to discontinue my contract with any fees included to be removed considering I had been a previous customer for about 7 years. It was n't a personal decision they could just satisfy my need. They have since taken off the fees and what was owed added them back taken them off and then added them back again. When they add information back to my credit report it is always in a different amount. It went from $780.00 to $640.00 and now $390.00 has been added back to my credit report. I do n't understand how they agreed to have any charges credited from back in 2011 and now every time I lookup there is a different amount being added to my credit.
