Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC Pennsylvania

My recent credit report have disputes I created through transunion in regard to - derogatory marks listed in collections that are on my report. This information is inaccurate and suddenly appeared on my report with no knowledge. The accounts in my report that are considered to be in collections do not belong to me and or are payed off. I believe the negative information on my report is untrue and I want these derogatory marks removed from my report. I 'm unable to apply for loans, credit cards, etc because other businesses that pull my credit report are seeing a score displayed to them that is incorrect.
