Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine Massachusetts

There is a fraudulent account showing on my Chexsystems report with - bank. This account was opened fraudulently in my name. I have attempted to contact Chexsystems on the number that I found on their website and have not been able to get a hold of anybody to resolve this matter. I have filed a police report and I am trying to get it to Chexsystems and have been unsucesssful.
