Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Georgia

I ca n't communicate with the credit reporting company. Every time I try they inform me the information I provided was incorrect. The information I provided is the only information I have on me, my name, my address, my SSN, and my date of birth. This information have n't changed in over 25 years. For them to tell me this information is incorrect leads me to believe, that, maybe the information they have is incorrect. If so, the information they are reporting on me is inaccurate. I 'm just trying to submit documents to conclude a 6 year battle I had with student loans.
