Capital One Credit Card Complaint

A Capital One credit card is not reporting on my - and - credit report. The account starting with - was opened -/-/-2001 and has been paid in full. I 've notified the company repeatedly but they have failed to update the - credit bureaus with the accounts information and only update the section which displays when the account last reported.
