We refinanced our mortgage with The Money Source to an FHA Streamline loan. Our escrow funds balance were misappropriated. They applied the escrow balance towards the principal on the new loan and then sent us notice of a - $ escrow shortage. We have been attempting to get this issue resolved for 3 months. Now they have increased our payment.
