Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Missouri

I sent a dispute letter to Transunion Credit Bureau in -/-/- to dispute erroneous accounts on my credit report. The dispute letter via certified mail, it was delivered on -/-/2016 ( verified via - ). I have not received any correspondence or dispute results. According to FRCA its my right to a timely investigation ( - ) and Transunion is in violated my rights. At this point Transunion should be obligated to follow the law and delete those erroneous accounts listed on the dispute letter. Please assist me in handling this issue.
