Being insured by - when I had to visit the ER at - - - in - -, I had a $30.00 deductible/co-payment and should not be charged or billed over that amount which was paid. I have confirmed these facts with -, - Employee ID # -, and their phone number is - for confirmation. Both - - and Grant & Weber collections have been notified, yet they continue to falsely report the inaccurate information on my credit reports that I owe more money than my deductible.
