The police said that there is no shelf life or expiration date for a police report when it contains similar offences over the course of years to follow. Check system seems to want to feel that the police should do things differently and that what they like. Check systems needs to be called out and have them follow the law they ca n't rewrite the law because they want to and they do n't like it.
