Capital One Credit card department,
I have 3 credit cards with capital one. Capital One is giving me the run-around yet again. I reported them to you in -/-/2016, and wanted to have my interest rate lowered to pay them off. I received a phone call about this issue and now can not re-connect with that person to lower all the interest rates to pay off the balances. I am not working, and am in financial distress. I do not want want the accounts to go into default with being late. I am NEVER LATE WITH THE PAYMENTS. I should not have to go into a default late status to receive help in lowering the interest rates and payments to pay these cards off.
