I tried to use my rewards points on Chase 's website to book travel. The website did not work - it continued to say that there was an error on the page, even though no error existed. I called Chase - separate times. Each time, I was placed on a long wait and transferred to a " supervisor '' who never answered the phone. The Chase employee with whom I did speak said that the website bug is a known issue and " happens. '' I am unable to redeem my points because the website is broken, and no one assists me on the phone. I speak with one Chase employee who then ostensibly transfers me to someone else, but that person never answers the phone, and I remain on hold.
