Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement California

My information was stolen -/-/- i filed a report with my bank as well as capital one and also filed a police report. I submitted all documents to capital one and i also got a final decision from - on -/-/- saying that the payments were not mine i then contacted Capital one and they stated they closed my accounts and i owe the balance i also sent in the final decision from - to capital
