Dear - - - - -. Federal Trade Commission & Better Business Bureau, I have a major issue with Experian CRA. I had request re-investigation on error on my credit report at-least ( - - - times to remove " Inaccurate '' reporting of Bankruptcy. I have asked more than 4 times for information regarding " Error and details '' as well as the source of such reporting and " verify it the - witch should be the bankruptcy court '' also who was the creditor and what was the amount on such stated Bankruptcy?? They just respond saying it is verified! I had contacted the Bankruptcy Court and New Jersey - and received letters from both of them that the " DO NOT VERIFY OR REPORT TO ANY CREDIT BUREAU 'S! I also received a Court Letter from the " DISTRICT COURT OF NEW JERSEY '' VERIFYING THE DO NOT REPORT TO CRA 's. " THE COURT CLERK - - - -. CHIEF DEPUTY. CLEARLY STATING THERE WERE ( - ) - SEARCHES DOES NOT SHOW ANY MATCHES WITH MY NAME " - A -. I had forwarded these - letters to Experian requesting removal of the " In-accurate


- weeks ago. I truly and sincerely hope that - can help with the removal of such distressful reporting. Thank you for your understanding and hep. Sincerely, - - -. ( - ). Their Response : - - NJ - Dear - -, This message is regarding Complaint ID # - Experian - you for following up with - regarding your position in the above-mentioned dispute. We understand you are NOT satisfied with the business 's response, and have noted your dissatisfaction in our files. While we regret we were unable to reach your desired resolution, the business has provided - with its position. This matter is now closed in - files, and will appear in the company 's - - - as : " Answered - the business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer remains dissatisfied.
