I opened a checking account with Citi in -, deposited $15000.00 on - -, 2016. The bonus is supposed to be deposited into my account on - -, 2016. I called the bank many times, first time on - -, it said the issue will be handled within - -- hours. As of today, - -, the bonus $400.00 was not there yet.
