I 've been a Citi Thank you card member for 6 years. Over the years I rarely used the card due to many inconveniences with my online account and poor rewards program. I called Citi Cards back in -/-/- attempting to give Citi another chance by converting my card to the - card. I called in -/-/- to get a status on the conversion and the agent told me the conversion took 45 days or so. Today is -/-/- and I was told by Citi Customer service that there had been some sort of delay with no expectation on when the conversion was going to happen. The agent did not care for my frustration nor attempt to make things right. Both agents I spoke with seem flustered and not confident in their ability. Out of frustration I decided to close the card but I really thought they could give me a more positive response.
