On -/-/2016 I started my refi with Citi Mortgage. It was to close by -/-/ I uploaded all of the required documents to the Citi website on -/-/ The appraisal was completed on -/-/2016. I contacted the processor at Citi on -/-/2016 to get the status and was told - additional items were needed. I submitted the - items on the same day. On -/-/2016 the refi still was not closed so I talked with Manager - -. He said he understood my frustration and would have the underwriter review my documents. Today is -/-/2016 and my refi is still not closed even though I was told the underwriter was reviewing it on -/-/2016. I talked to Manager - today, -/-/2019, and he said he communicated with the Underwriter Manager to expedite my closing.
