- did a hard inquiry to my credit report in - - and again in -. When I switched my account from business - to individual - - proceeded to do another hard inquiry on my account despite the fact that they were informed that it was the same social security number and I did not agree to a hard inquiry on my credit. They were informed that if they had to run a hard inquiry on my credit report I was going to close my account. I was assured by the customer service representative that they were not going to run my credit again. When I pulled up my credit report it appears that despite the recorded message of me NOT agreeing to another hard credit inquiry - went ahead and proceeded with a hard credit inquiry. Once again I never agreed to allow - to run my credit for the second time as my recorded message would indicate. I have notified - on several occasions both in writing and over the phone that this is unacceptable and - has done nothing to rectify the situation. I am therefore asking for your assistance in this matter as this company can not be trusted to do right by their customers.
