American Express has inexplicably frozen my rewards account which is over 5 years old. Due to me not being able to redeem my points I am unable to purchase flights that are on hold with their transfer partner, -. Furthermore, they stated they will take -8 weeks to review the account which will not be complete until after their 40 percent transfer bonus expires. I will now have to purchase the flights I had on hold for $6000.00 since they will not let me use MY points. No points bonus has been applied to my account.
