Medical False statements or representation Indicated committed crime not paying North Dakota

I have disputed this account and have no verification of this debt. I am unaware of any outstanding medical bills that I owe this company. I have always had Medicaid as an Insurance provider. If I had any bills Medicaid would 've paid them. It is also against the law to bill someone who 's insured with Medicaid for any out of pocket expenses.
