On -/-/2016, I received an updated credit report from Transunion about some public records that I disputed. I got the results back only to find out that - things that I had disputed had been overlooked, they never reported any updated information about the remaining - public records. I have called, written, faxed, and e disputed these items..I talked to a representative on -/-/2016 and she assured me that the items would be removed in 24/48hours..I called on -/-/2016 only to find out that the items had n't been removed but she opened a new dispute for the remaining public records..I am asking that the my request for the records be removed immediately..
