Discover Card Services falsely advertises, using the lure and encouragement of secure card offers for those with bad or challenged credit circumstances to apply - yet, they deny a secured application with dollar-for-dollar collateral despite their advertising on the website and, after multiple transfers to representatives and much time lost, no one can answer why? I feel their advertising and language is misleading and falsely representative ( contradicting ) to what they advertise and solicit, and they should be held accountable
