In regards to Case number : -. What they 're telling me is not an ethical solution. I am not going to be paying interest on a card for 3 months that ca n't be used. There is no such clause. Nor is it legal. Now if they want to cancel it they cancel the balance as well. I am paid up. They are fully aware of what transpired. Furthermore the balance is incorrect. There have actually been balance issues all along as far as the monthly statements go. I called a - who left a voicemail. She never returned my call. Today I received your email with their resolution of 3 months of payments.
