The university in which I was attending ( University of - - - - ) has forwarded my account to which validation has not taken place to a debt collection agency ; Williams & Fudge , Inc . This agency has added frivolous fees and commissions to the balance of the alleged debt in amounts which are unclear and deceptive. Agents for this collection agency have not been forthcoming in explaining this debt to me nor have they provided a break down of what they allege I owe their client. Further this agency has deployed the use of an autodialer making numerous unauthorized calls to a mobile telephone in violation of TCPA. This agency has attempted debt collection actions against me at my place of employment placing my career and livelihood in jeopardy, they have done so after repeated requests to cease and desist.
