Incorrect information on credit report Account status Pennsylvania

I had a debt from - on my chex system report and the debt was satified on -/-/2016 and - call me to confirm the they updated my status in chex system to satified and it still not updated after the time they said they need to update the system its been over the time period and i cant get no response from chex system.
