I am writing this complaint because of unfair business practices, concerning my Sears/Citibank Master Card, I have been paying my credit card faithfully every month without ever being late, I am paying more than the $25.00 dollar amount due each month, sometimes I pay bi weekly because I am trying to pay off balance quickly, However ; I have been noticing each month the amount that I owe goes up each month and not down, I called a CSR on -/-/- and was told, I stilled owed $170.00 on a exercise bench that I purchase on -/-/-. This is not true I have paid off this card twice and no one ever told me I owe any other balances and no one has ever sent me a another bill stating this. I have asked for proof that I owe this and they refused to send me a copy showing this balance unpaid. Since I make payments from $50.00 to $100.00 a month. I know for a fact I do n't owe this balances, I purchase this bench with my credit card and there should not be any other charges. Then a rep tells me I owe a promotional fee in which I never heard of, I feel as though someone in their company is trying to run a scam, will you please help me get to the bottom of this situation. I went on The Sears Website last night -/-/- and did n't see where I owed anything else. Someone is putting additional charges on my card each month and I know this is unfair business practices and illegal.
