Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Massachusetts

I am file a complaint against Experian credit report. Because I have submit multiple disputes with this company - for reporting on my credit report. Experian did not do the proper investigation. When I called to what information they had gather to verify the error. I was told by the Experian rep that - stated it was reporting correct. I asked where is the proof and none was giving to me. I did not have - - account. I file a complaint with fcc and - on this - - matter and submit this Experian and they where no help on this issue. I am able provider my supporting document but but Experian and - wont provide me the supporting showing that this is a valid account. I am looking for this to be investigate the right way and remove from my credit file
