Synchrony Financial bank locked my account and requires an impossible phone call to regain access. I am in - so international phone calls are impossible and would not be secure. This problem caused me to miss a payment, which hurt my credit and caused me to owe a lot of money. I was at zero interest and a late payment makes it go up to around the maximum. I was able to contact the company, and they told me to - and now ignore me. Here is a quote : " You have no phone so please call this number. '' The bank called me three times, but we can not communicate because - has phone problems - I ca n't hear the bank when I receive a call. I told the company about the phone issue - they are too stupid to understand. The bank stopped communicating. I have tried to contact the bank everyday for almost a month - they no longer reply.
