Credit reporting company's investigation Investigation took too long Texas

They blocked my dispute I complained and they said to bad not doing anything I attached my proof they requested new lease, transfer order of electricity and cable I sent it the responded they will not use this information to investigate but it was information Experian requested specifically. They blocked me from the - mail my online account and phone calls I cont have any contact with the company after complaining
