Navy FCU Credit Card Complaint

Navy FCU Credit card department,

Navy Federal Credit Union is reporting a credit card collection account on my - credit report that does not belong to me. For a brief time, I had been added to this credit card as an authorized user back in 2010, but the authorized user status was taken off over 6 years ago. I have disputed this account at - several times, but Navy FCU refuses to take it off of my credit report.
