I recently viewed my credit and noticed an account that does not belong to me and has seriously affected my credit profile. Carter Young Inc. is handling the collection of this account which is a false account. After reviewing my records, I am unable to find any documentation of any contractual relationship between Carter Young Inc. and me which makes them a person entitled to enforce a commercial claim against me. They have not provided any proof of contract to substantiate their claim. Such as a certified copy of an original contract with my signature, specifically naming Carter Young Inc. as a business entitled to enforce a commercial claim against me.
