Walmart offered 15 % discount on todays ' purchases if I opened a card, but after opening the card, Walmart withdrew their 15 % offer ( said that I will need to wait until I received the card to get the 15 % ), and when I asked to withdraw my application, my request was denied and Walmart processed my application. I received the card - weeks later which I immediately closed. This is of concern only because it will be reflect on my credit report.
